Actively participate in unit-based quality improvement activities, including but not limited to patient satisfaction, fall prevention, pressure ulcer prevention, CAUTI reduction, and documentation auditing. Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments incorporating culture, age, developmental level, risk factors, and presenting complaint, in accordance with RN scope of practice and applicable policies and procedures.
