General Summary: Floating Assistant Managers partners with the General Manager to assist in managing the overall operations of the store they are assigned to in the absence of a permanent Assistant Manager, including but not limited to accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service. Assists in ensuring inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, adequate staffing, following labor budget, completing accounting and paperwork tasks timely, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines in place.
