General Job Duties: Perform tasks that involve troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, instrumentation and control problems, repair or replace electrical components, replace motors and drives, Programmable Logic Controllers (AB PLC 5, 500, 5000, and MicroLogix).Calibration of PID loops, build electrical and pneumatic control panels, replace, and install lighting fixtures, complete preventative maintenance work on electrical equipment, report downtown and mechanical problems. Essential Skills and Experience: Two-year Technical degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical sciences and 1-3 years of industrial experience (preferred), high school diploma and 5 years of industrial experience, and /or demonstrated comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills to read and follow detailed production specifications and industrial experience.
