If required to obtain, must present actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card AZ notary preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have the ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions regarding workload, where direction and/or precedents may not be available; as well as considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with discretion, diplomacy, and tact; ability to present verbal information clearly, articulately, and in a way that engages the recipient; and must be able to compose written information in a clear, well-structured, and grammatically correct manner.
