Your immediate mission will be twofold: serving as a primary driver of the selection and implementation of our ERP platform, then owning its end-to-end configuration, integration, and continuous improvement (such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Deltek/Costpoint), and establishing the data management practices that keep transactional data — inventory, BOM costing, purchase orders, work orders, financial postings — accurate, timely, and audit-ready as we scale toward high-volume production. This is a high-impact, technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in ERP configuration, financial and operational data integrity, systems integration, and cross-functional influence across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
