Other Armed Assignments - An Armed Security Officer for all other armed assignments is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets by maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring for suspicious activity, enforcing site rules and safety procedures, and responding to emergencies or incidents. This position actively works onsite to help secure school buildings, grounds, students, staff, and visitors by identifying, reporting, and deterring suspicious or unsafe activities while maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
