Requires ability to perform light to medium physical labor which includes: lifting, bending, reach, stretching, climbing (ladders), pushing, and pulling. Performs routine plumbing repairs, including installation of toilet, sinks, and other hardware & fixtures, and laundry/kitchen equipment.
