Own the CPO Rhythm of Business (ROB), including People Leadership Team (HRLT) meetings, weekly 1:1s, skip-levels, monthly operating reviews, quarterly talent/succession reviews, engagement/culture checkpoints, and QBR/MBR cycles; maintain organized People team files and Teams channels. You enable the operating cadence across key people processes—talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, leadership development, engagement, and DEI—while supporting high-stakes interactions with senior executives, the Board, and external partners.
