Under the general direction of the Director of Residential Facilities Operations for Housing and Residential Engagement (HRE), the Housing and Residential Engagement Facility Operations Manager (Administrator I) manages the daily activities of the Custodial Services work unit for HRE, which includes a group of diverse employees consisting of Lead Custodians and Custodians, who are responsible for servicing approximately 13 Residential Buildings to provide all aspects of custodial services. Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, public administration, or a related field, and five years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in custodial operations.
