The Real Estate Analyst position will be responsible for preparing broker opinions of value (BOVs) for multifamily, retail, office, and industrial real estate, analyzing/underwriting commercial/multifamily values, researching ownership information, and preparing intel lists for properties across the country. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret property level financial information including historical operating statements, operating budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
