Provide secretarial support services to the Principal or Department Head such as typing letters, forms, bulletins, newsletters, and reports, taking meeting minutes, making appointments, preparing materials and lists, maintaining files and records, operating and maintaining office equipment, issuing student passes, filling in for secretarial and clerical staff, and calling in substitutes so that the Principal or Department Head has good secretarial support to effectively assist in performing duties. Description: The Senior Administrative Assistant provides secretarial support to principals, department heads, department staff, and teachers, prepares reports, maintains budget records, payroll, cash receipts, processes invoices and purchase orders, provides work direction to other secretarial and clerical staff, and assists students, teachers, and others in a manner which the school or department office will function effectively and properly.
