Experience: Six (6) months of experience using or supporting a variety of computer systems that includes substantial use of computer equipment, mobile devices, and desktop software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and multimedia editing), or performing a range of desktop support tasks, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues with workstations, mobile devices, related applications, network resources, printers, and other technical equipment. Education Substitution: Completion of six (6) semester units or nine (9) quarter units of college-level coursework in web development, graphic design, multimedia, communications, marketing, or a closely related field may substitute for the required experience.
