The Medical Assistant I provides direct support to the clinical team by assisting with patient care, preparing patients for visits, collecting and documenting health information, performing basic clinical tests and procedures, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, coordinating appointments and referrals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring patient confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service and quality care.
