The Cardiothoracic ICU Lead APP serves as an advanced clinician and leader responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to acute and critically ill patients while supporting operational excellence within the APP team. In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Lead APP provides guidance, mentorship, education, and support to fellow Advanced Practice Providers, helping ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care across the CTICU.
