Manages emergencies and uncontrollable acts of inmates, community service, and offender-employees, which include contacting law enforcement agencies, emergency personnel, and transporting offender-employees to an emergency facility when required. Liaison with the State Litter Coordinator, State Health Department, State Highway Division, State Division of Corrections, and Sheriff's Department, Magistrate Courts, Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center and the public.
