Develop and maintain company-wide programs related to LOTO, machine guarding, powered industrial trucks, ergonomics, electrical safety, PPE, HazCom, contractor safety, emergency response, and other critical manufacturing safety risks. This person will be expected to spend significant time within Arrow's facilities, working directly with site leaders and employees to identify risk, improve processes, develop safety capabilities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
