This position operates across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen environments and may support inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, storage, order fulfillment, cross-dock operations, inventory management, or shipping execution based on business needs and shift assignment. The Lead serves as a primary operational resource for frontline Team Members during the shift, providing direction on workflow, assisting with problem resolution, reinforcing safety and quality expectations, and communicating operational priorities.
