The employee has a period of 3 years to achieve adequate levels of competency on all requirements, including successfully passing both the 30-day and 90-day tests, completing all training, including that provided by the Power Systems Leads and assigned bookwork, and obtaining the Building Operators Certification (BOC) credential. Maintains all plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, hand and mop sinks, toilets, urinals, etc., Operates and maintains water supply, storm and sanitary drain systems, and performs repairs as needed including but not limited to snaking drains, part replacements, etc.
