Support needed may be in the form of clinical tasks, triaging calls, completing faxes or medical forms, completing prior authorizations, various point of care testing (EKG, urine dip stick, specimen collection, etc), and assisting providers in minor in office procedures. Physical Risks: Potential exposures to blood borne pathogens (blood &/or other potentially infectious materials), drugs, chemicals, radiation, and physical hazards found in patient clinics, hospitals and/or laboratory work environments and in working directly with patients and other employees.
