As a Credit Originations Manager - Regional Lead, Executive Director within Community Development Banking (CDB), you will lead a regional team responsible for the end-to-end new loan origination process for CDB clients, including evaluating opportunities, structuring transactions, managing the credit approval workflow, and driving disciplined execution through closing and post-close handoff. In this role, you will be accountable for regional origination outcomes, team leadership, and consistent execution of the CDB credit origination lifecycle (evaluation/structuring, credit approval coordination, documentation/closing leadership, and ongoing transaction-related requests and escalations).
