The First Shift Facilities Maintenance Technical Leader (MTL) provides technical leadership in maintenance leading equipment repair, troubleshooting, development of preventative maintenance, and installation tasks both on the facilities, physical plant equipment, as well as production equipment, and machinery for the manufacturing facility. Identifies and leads reliability, cost reduction and efficiency projects for the teams Coordinates, leads and communicates continuous improvement projects with clear expectations on deliverables keeping shift leadership informed of progress.
