The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the Atlantic Adult Day Center and assists the Adult Day Manager with staff supervision, member services, therapeutic recreation programming, regulatory compliance, community outreach, and program administration. -Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an adult day program, long-term care facility (LTC), assisted living facility (ALF), senior services, or a related healthcare setting.
