Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the following based on qualifications and/or skills: Electrical equipment including installation, replacement or repair of light fixtures, outlets, switches, electric lighting, ballasts, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Summary: The Facilities Technician III performs scheduled and unscheduled advanced building maintenance tasks such as general maintenance, carpentry, electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, plumbing, power plant, painting, and building and grounds.
