Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current RN license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor within 3 months of hire; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor within 3 months of hire; Six or more months of relevant Operating Room (OR) experience. Essential functions include: meeting personal needs of patients, participating in Lean Daily Management practices, working as part of a team, maintaining privacy and confidentiality, documentation, following infection control guidelines, obtaining history and physical assessments, recognizing emergency signs, administering medications, and completing education and competencies.
