Our Assistant Store Managers are expected to be visible on the sales floor, work alongside the team, assist customers, stock merchandise, work trucks, support department managers, help the front end, maintain store conditions, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. We expect our Assistant Store Managers to help leave The Grocery Basket cleaner, fuller, better organized, and better prepared for our customers at the end of each shift.
