WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projectsAssist with project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and regular project reportingManage project documentation, including bids, bid comparisons, RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and invoicesCoordinate with design consultants, jurisdictions, utilities, subcontractors, and internal project teamsMonitor project progress and help identify and resolve schedule, budget, quality, and coordination issuesSupport procurement, subcontractor coordination, and scope managementParticipate in project meetings, site walks, punch lists, turnover, and closeout activitiesMaintain accurate and organized project records using Pavilion's project management systemsSupport Project Managers and project teams as needed to meet project goals and deadlinesWHAT YOU'LL BRINGConstruction project coordination or management experience, preferably with multifamily or commercial projectsWorking knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and project documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholdersStrong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with construction scheduling softwareExperience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction technology is a plusPMP or other industry-related certification is a plusA commitment to accountability, teamwork, and delivering a great experience for both internal and external partnersReady to build your vision?
