The Senior Program Manager - Quality Management works directly with the Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering Services, Construction Management, Project Controls, Commissioning, Document Management, Project Contract Managers/Administrators, Contracting Official Representatives (COR), and Procurement Contracting Officials (COs) across the Amtrak Capital Project portfolio which include rail tunnel construction and rehabilitation, bridge replacement, station development and renovation, facility construction, fleet replacement, overhead catenary replacement, state of good repair projects etc. The Senior Program Manager - Quality Management is responsible for leading the Project Quality Management function within the Quality Management & Training (QM&T) Unit supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure capital projects through the implementation of quality governance, quality assurance, quality oversight, and continuous improvement practices.
