Additionally, we offer the following bonuses: Sign On Bonus: • $500 for all new hires with 0-2 years of relevant experience • $750 for all new hires with 2-3 years of relevant experience • $1,000 for all new hires with 3+ years of relevant experience This bonus will be paid out in three increments: • 25% after 30 days • 25% after 60 days • 50% after 180 days The referred employee must be active at the time of bonus payment and in good standing.
