Pay Range: $145,000-$160,000 based on years of experience and education Director, Pharmacy Business Operations 340B Responsibilities: Develops internal systems utilizing appropriate resources to support the operating needs of the assigned department(s) of responsibility including, but limited to: finance, planning, marketing, advertising, information systems, human resources and other support systems. The Director is accountable for developing and optimizing the 340B infrastructure, leading the business operations and financial performance of retail pharmacy services, and advancing pharmacy strategies that improve patient access, prescription capture, and sustainable contribution margin.
