This position assists with preventive and corrective maintenance activities, equipment troubleshooting, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support safe and efficient production operations. Associate degree, technical certification, or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field preferred.
