You will support board and committee meetings through preparation of materials, recordkeeping, and compliance with governance requirements; assist with budget oversight, including expense reconciliation, credit card reviews, purchase order processing, and monitoring expenditures tied to presidential initiatives; and play an active role in planning executive-level events, campus visits, and space reservations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and service excellence. Qualifications: The successful candidate will bring a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, public administration, or a related field (master's preferred) along with 7–10 years of high‑level executive or administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in a higher education or similarly complex environment.
