Preferred Requirements:** + Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for up to 1 year of required experience + Project management certification (e.g., CAPM or PMP) may substitute for up to 1-2 years of required experience, where applicable + Experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, or capital improvement programs, particularly involving local government coordination + Familiarity with third-party agreements, permitting, and right-of-way processes + Knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, and budget tracking + Experience with contract administration and compliance tracking + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not offered for this position Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
