li>Assists with trade management, reviews trade partner work tickets, and manages trade partner submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules; may be the lead day-to-day PM on a smaller project in which case the individual would be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining these items; may be working on more than one project concurrently, at various stages of construction.
Works effectively within the team and promotes a collaborative environment with owners, property managers, design team members, co-workers, trade partners, vendors, and other contractors.
