You'll also perform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections, respond to emergency service calls, complete service paperwork, and communicate with customers and our team to ensure timely, effective service. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, microwave systems, and flat-top grills at customer locations.
