Support the manufacturing strategy of TPM through: (1) ensuring each facility in region has adopted the tools and techniques of Cost Deployment, (2) promoting a culture of waste elimination, (3) pro-actively focusing the team to share and adopt best practices from other sites, and (4) ensuring a process to track execution of the zero waste projects within region, recognizing those that excel and highlighting others that need more focus. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Customer Financial Services, Shared Services to ensure that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls including; data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, information systems and adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.) across Doors.
