Interacts with local city, municipal, and county agencies to ensure customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, renew contracts and negotiate new contracts; establishes IWS as a good corporate citizen and valued resource. Manages the day-to-day operations of the depot(s), and provides daily support to Operations manager(s), supervisors in hauling, routing, labor planning, productivity tracking, and disposal activities.
