The successful candidate have direct engagement with corporate leadership, including 3M’s CFO, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Global Head of Tax to set capital allocation strategy and lead global funding strategy for 3M, including global cash forecasting and cash repatriation. As Treasury Manager - Capital Structure and Corporate Development, you will engage with the relevant teams in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Corporate Development and 3M’s Business Groups to actively manage corporate capital structure, global liquidity, and a pipeline of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture-related activity.
