The Director of Capital Projects will work closely with the General Manager, Director of Operations, Engineering leadership, ownership, asset management, architects, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in alignment with brand and ownership objectives. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with General Managers, ownership, investors, vendors and other stakeholders.• Ability to read construction drawings, understand renovation workflows and manage multiple deadlines.•
