Your Key Responsibilities** + Own and lead communications strategies in support of **US Growth Markets priorities** , ensuring alignment with firm strategy and leadership objectives + Serve as a senior communications advisor to Markets leaders, providing counsel on positioning, messaging, reputation management and issues response + Shape and oversee narratives that highlight EY's market leadership, client impact, economic perspective and strategic priorities + Lead integrated communications across channels, including leadership messaging, internal communications, social and digital platforms + Partner closely with Service Lines, Industry Groups, Markets and BMC leadership to ensure consistent, coordinated storytelling across the firm + Set frameworks, processes and governance to enable effective planning, prioritization and execution across communications teams + Use data and insights to measure communications effectiveness and continuously refine strategy + Lead, coach and develop Assistant Directors and Senior Associates, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture **Skills and Attributes for Success** + Extensive experience leading **corporate, market-facing or leadership communications** in a complex, matrixed organization + Strong understanding of **market- and geography-based communications strategies** + Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and partners with confidence and credibility + Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics + Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution + Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams + High level of judgment, attention to detail and comfort operating in high-visibility environments + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment + High discretion and professionalism **Ideally, you'll also have** + 10-12 years of experience in executive or internal communications + Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience + Experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations + Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality executive materials under tight timelines **What we offer you** At EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
