The Director is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Enhancements, and Technology Advancements, across multiple divisions and departments. In this role, the Director collaborates with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, allocate resources, select appropriate improvement methodologies, and assign team members for successful project execution.
