Reporting to the Manager, IT Platform Services, the Platform Engineer supports and maintains infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments, including servers, virtualization, storage, data center technologies, cloud services, SQL platforms, email services, monitoring tools, automation tools, backup platforms, and related technologies that support clinical, administrative, and business operations. Knowledge: Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts, including servers, operating systems, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, networking dependencies, cloud services, SQL platforms, email services, secure configuration practices, service dependencies, and operational risk management.
