This full-time, 12-month, exempt position provides leadership for all aspects of Women's Soccer, including recruiting and retention, coaching, scheduling, budgeting, student-athlete eligibility and academic progress, team operations, and promotion of LCC Athletics. The Head Coach will champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, sportsmanship, and student success while representing LCC Athletics throughout the College and community.
