Performs cleanup and housekeeping tasks for assigned work area, tools, equipment, facilities, and grounds (i.e. walls and ceiling in receiving area, outside offal area, offal hole near open top, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Monitors and operates offal equipment and machinery such as tumble screens, augers, pumps, motors, dewatering equipment, compressors, chemical feed equipment, etc.
