REQUIREMENTS: • Previous farm experience is preferred • Previous retail experience desired • Excellent time management skills • Strong attention to detail and organization • Calm and positive attitude, even when working under stressful conditions • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and neat appearance • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work under challenging ergonomic conditions, including work that requires frequent crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting • Ability to regularly lift loads of 50 pounds or more • Ability to work outside in all climates • Flexible with schedule and able to work weekends and holidays • Valid Driver's License is required.
