The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for the supervision, upkeep, and successful completion of rental facilities, including, but not limited to, preparing facilities for use; monitoring rentals and enforcing rules to ensure they are safe, proper, and appropriate; and providing information and assistance to the general public. The position requires continuous standing, walking, feeling, talking, seeing, and hearing; frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and repetitive foot motions; occasional stooping, sitting, handling, and repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions; and rare crawling, kneeling, and climbing.
