Areas of Responsibility: Cleans windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures in rooms and public areas, including hard-to-reach spaces, to maintain a clean and presentable facility. Inspects all room equipment (TV, lights/lamps, faucets, radios) to ensure proper working order, and immediately reports all room status and maintenance deficiencies to the supervisor on the floor for prompt repair and resolution.
