Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts (including data, software and technology licenses, SaaS agreements, development agreements, partnership agreements, marketing agreements, professional services agreements), balancing business objectives while appropriately mitigating risk to DTCC. Support strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures and commercial partnerships, including coordinating diligence, drafting and negotiation, closing support and post-closing implementation as needed.
