This role involves broad business and legal counseling for these business units as well as leading the legal activities for a broad range of transactions, including complex partnerships and licensing to support the business across the breadth of the pipeline, including licensing, collaborations, partnerships, supply and manufacturing agreements, partnerships, import/export, international transactions, and other activities as needed to support Viridian's growing business as we become a commercial company and continue to develop and build our pipeline. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Provide business and legal counseling to the Business Development, Alliance Management, Technical Operations, and Research and Development teams on a variety of business and legal questions and advise cross-functional teams on contractual rights, obligations, interpretation, compliance considerations, and risk mitigation in order to achieve business goals.
