Assistance with various other governance matters, as needed, including director compensation, the public company proxy statement and annual meeting, other regulatory filings (e.g., FR Y-6, Section 16 filings), trading matters, entity management, board evaluations, among other things. Attorney will support public company corporate governance for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS Group) and governance for the firm's U.S. banking entity, Goldman Sachs Bank USA (GS Bank) as well as related regulatory and compliance matters.
