The Staff Counsel will be responsible for all aspects of the workers’ compensation case, including but not limited to, evaluating the merits of a workers’ compensation case, providing guidance and counsel through effective communication, medical review and negotiating, settling, and litigating cases, if necessary. The successful candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida workers’ compensation law, an ability to handle a large caseload, and effective leadership skills.
